Ingredients
- 1 large trout fillets with skin on the bottom
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Mash Potatoes ingredients:
- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled, diced into 1 1/2-inch cube
- 1 1/2 tablespoons salt
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup hot milk
Let's do it!
Mash potatoes :
Place potatoes in a large pot with 1 tablespoon of salt and water to cover the potatoes.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat until the potatoes are tender, Drain the potatoes in a colander.
Add the butter and 1/2 cup of milk.
Add the potatoes, mash with a potato masher until the desired consistency is reached.
Add salt, black pepper, and the rest of the milk, stir and taste if needed to add salt.
Transfer hot mashed potatoes to a serving bowl
Fish :
Apply the salt on the fish and rub it gently with 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Add over the garlic powder, black pepper salt and rest of olive oil.
Pour over the lemon juice.
Insert the fish to Air fryer at 375 f degrees cook for 6-8 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish.
