Ingredients
- 1/2 Pack of fine eggs noodles (180 gr)
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups of boiling water
- 1 tablespoon of Chicken Instant Stock Mix.
Ingredients for steak:
- 1/2 pound of Sirloin steak
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
Let's do it!
Slice and Season the flank steak with salt and pepper and crushed garlic.
Keep in the fridge while preparing the noodles.
Noodles:
Boil water in a kettle.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the pan, add the eggs noodles and stir for 4 minutes till the noodles get lightly browned.
Add crushed garlic, chopped parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add 2 cups of boiling water and 1 tablespoon of Chicken Instant Stock Mix. keep stirring occasionally.
Sliced Sirloin steaks:
Slice the Sirloin to thin slices. Heat 1 teaspoon of the vegetable oil over medium-high heat in a large pan.
Increase heat to high. Add the sliced steak to the pan and cook for 1 or 2 minutes each side or until lightly browned.
On a plate place some noodles and on top place the sirloin steaks.
