Ingredients

  • 1 pound mushrooms cut to a quarter (cremini, portobello)

  •  4 teaspoons olive oil

  •  2 chopped onions

  •  4 leafs Fresh Thyme

  •  1 tablespoon of chicken soup powder

  •  2 tablespoons of mushroom soup powder

  •  1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg

  •  1/2 cup cream 18%

  •  Salt and black pepper

  •  Boiled water

Let's do it!

Place the oil in a pot and fry the onion until golden.

 

Add the mushrooms, stir for 5 minutes add salt, pepper, chicken soup powder, and mushroom soup powder.

 

Add fresh thyme leaves from 4-5 sticks, continue cooking for 20 minutes.

 

Use the manual blender to crush the broth and add boiling water to get the texture you want

 

Add 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg and 1/2 cup of cream stir and serve.
