- Pack of beautiful, washed strawberries
- 100 gr High-quality bitter chocolate 60% cocoa (finely chopped)
- 100 ml cream (35%)
- Coating bowls with:
- Colored candies or
- coconut / nuts / brown sugar
- Any coating you like

Instructions:
Preparing the Chocolate Ganesh:
Heat the cream in a small saucepan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes add the chopped chocolate to the cream
Mix with a wooden spoon until evenly distributed.
Let the mixture rest for 2-3 minutes and stir again until the mixture becomes firm.
Rinse the strawberries, dry, dip in chocolate ganache, and then in candies or any other icing, coconut, nuts, and sugar.
