Ingredients

  •  600 grams of chicken liver
  •   2 onions
  •   5 tablespoons oil
  •   1 tablespoon of red paprika
  •   1 teaspoon cumin
  •   1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  •   salt and pepper
  •   1 tablespoon of mushroom soup powder
  •   1 tablespoon of chicken broth powder
  •   1 teaspoon sugar
  •   1/2 teaspoon hot chili flakes
  •   1/2 glass of water
  •   1 tablespoon Olive oil
  •    chopped Coriander for decoration

Description

Clean and dry the liver. Roast the chicken liver with a little salt for two, three minutes each side

Fry 2  sliced ​​onions with 1 tablespoon of olive oil until golden, add  sugar and after two minutes add the livers

In a bowl mix all ingredients salt, black pepper, cumin, red paprika, turmeric, chili flakes,  mushroom soup powder,  chicken broth powder.  Pour over the livers and add half a cup of boiled water and cook for a few minutes.  Sprinkle with cilantro
