- 600 grams of chicken liver
- 2 onions
- 5 tablespoons oil

Clean and dry the liver. Roast the chicken liver with a little salt for two, three minutes each side
Fry 2 sliced onions with 1 tablespoon of olive oil until golden, add sugar and after two minutes add the livers
