Ingredients
- 1 kg of flour
- 2 tablespoons of dry yeast
- 4 tablespoons of sugar mixed
- 2 cups of water
- ½ cup oil
- 1 tablespoon salt

Description
In a small bowl combine 1 cup of warm water, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 2 tablespoons of yeast, and let it sit for 5 minutes till it gets foamy.
In a mixer bowl with a dough hook combine flour ingredients mix 1 minute and add the yeast mixture, keep mixing at low speed for 10 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.
Gently move the dough into a greased bowl, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place until double its size, one hour long or 1.5 hours.
Gently punch down the dough and gather back into a ball. Divide into 16 equal pieces. Working with one piece at a time, roll it to a ball, place on a baking pan with parchment paper. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Brush rolls with egg wash and sprinkles with sesame seeds. Bake until golden brown, about 17 minutes.
