Ingredients
- 350 gr ground meat
- One onion – chopped.
- Coriander – 1/2 cup chopped
- Parsley 1/2 cup chopped
- Garlic – 3 cloves, crushed.
- beaten egg
- Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric – 1/2 teaspoon
- Ground cumin – one teaspoon
- Sweet paprika – 1.5 tablespoon
- 2 tablespoon panko crumbs
- Frozen artichoke hearts (400 g)
sauce ingredients
- 5 crushed garlic cloves
- 600 gr Frozen garden peas
- Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric – one tablespoon
- Ground cumin – 1/2 teaspoon
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1.5 cup boiling water
- 2 beaten eggs in a small bowl
- 2 cups of oil for frying
Let's do it!
Place all meat mixture ingredients in a bowl and mix well. refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Rinse the pea and artichoke hearts in a strainer and drain.
Preparing the sauce: In a pot or skillet fry in low heat the crashed garlic add the peas and continue to fry for about 10 minutes over medium heat
Fill each artichoke heart with the meat mixture into a ball shape and tighten well.
Place the frying oil in a pan and heat it over medium-high heat.
Dip in the artichoke with meat in beaten eggs and fry it both sides.
Add the stuffed artichokes and boiling water to the pot with peas, and add the spices.
Cook for about 45 minutes and occasionally moisten the stuffed artichokes in the sauce.
