Ingredients

  • 1 kg of tangerines
  •  1 cup of sugar
  •  Juice from 1 well-squeezed lemon
  •  1/2 Lemon peeled

Let's do it!

Peel and cut the tangerines, remove the seeds.

Peel half lemon, remove seeds and cut to cubes.
Place the tangerines and the lemon cubes into a food processor, and grind by short pulses.

Pour the mixture into a heavy saucepan, add a cup of sugar and lemon juice.

Bring to a boil and lower to medium-low heat.

Cook for 60 minutes, stirring often.

Refrigerate and serve.
