Ingredients

  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 7 chopped garlic cloves
  • 2 small broccoli head
  • ½ cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Philadelphia cheese
  • 50 grams feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Let's do it!

Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease or spray

In a pot boil water, place half cauliflower,  brew it until it is lightly soft and place it on a strainer, do the same with the broccoli just be aware the broccoli gets soft quickly. (one minute is enough)

In a pan add 1 tablespoon olive oil and fry the chopped onion till it golden and 7 chopped garlic cloves

Cut the broccoli and cauliflower, place it in a bowl, add the fried onion and garlic, add whisked fresh eggs, all cheese, chopped  coriander  and parsley, add Salt and pepper

Mix everything well and pour it into a baking dish. Sprinkle with some more grated mozzarella

Bake it 35 minutes in the oven at 375 f degree.
